HOLY SH*T! i did that once at outback, only to hear my brother doing the same thing a few minutes later! we're korean, but not fobs, and it was mortifying! another time, i went to panera with my friends, and the cashier asked me, “do you want apple, chips, or bread?” i thought she said, “apple chips or bread?” so, i said apple chips. AHHHHH! she could've been like, “do you want AN apple, chips, or bread?” >.<

This happened to me and The Old Spaghetti Factory. The waiter was like, “SUPERSALAD” and I was like, “Huh?” And then he said, “SUPERSALAD” again and I still had no idea what he was talking about.

Waiters need to enunciate.

OMG this happened to my dad.
He gets pretty pissed off if anyone corrects him, so we just sat there for like five minutes,with a very frustrated waitress standing next to him, waiting for him to get it.
