This is the worst part about living in China! I speak Chinese fine, and I have 0 problems communicating until it comes to letters. One time I was booking plane tickets over the phone and it took 5 minutes to say the 8 letter booking code because I absolutely could not understand what letters she was saying. Spelling my name for them also took a really long time. ugghhh
