mom: hmm, depends on which vigis some you can steam then add source
me: what does steam mean again
mom: some you can make soup with I mean you put the vigis in boiled water then take them out
me: oh ok
mom: like brockllie
me: yeah
mom: some, you just need to wash and cut, like cucombers some the bockchoy need to stirfire

    I find this hilarious because
    1) the misspellings are exactly how my mom pronounces the various vegetables, too, and if made to spell them, I'm sure my mom would spell them the same way; and
    2) the child treats the errors exactly how I and my friends do — we don't even bother correcting them cuz there's no point. If we understand what they're saying, we just move on and pretend like they're writing perfectly normally.
