Here is rain everywhere, whole day, whole weeks. I don’t how long we have take it. Food is very where, however we can’t take too much by our age.
Vegetable and fruit are so fresh. But virus and illness are everywhere also.

It’s hot here now but manageable. My biggest problem is the mosquitoes. I get at least one bite per minute outside. The bite turn
into a big bump right away and itchy. I am afraid to go outside now. if I do go outside, I shake my arms and stomp my feet like a lunatic. Luckily, the bump would go away the next day and doesn’t leave any mark. You might be wondering why didn’t I just smack the mosquitoes, they are small and quick just like all Taiwanese:), and I hardly feel the sting because I’ve become a trusty American, ha ha.

4 weeks ago a crocodile in Ukraine zoo swallowed a NOKIA cel, people can hear that phone is ringing from his tummy, that poor cracodile doesn’t want to eat, he is really sick so he might have a surgery .

My mother just sent me this recipe. She spent over $100 on ginseng and some other Chinese herbs so that I can make “sum chai” on my own.

Subject: Sum Chai – 2 way of making it . One for home and one for work -please do not waste my money
1. Powder – very easy – at your own paste just like coffee. Please don’t be too weak, the more bitter the better. I think they have the spoon inside the jar. I spoon it good enough.
2. Separate pieces (like wood) and Gay-Chi (the red seed) This is more for WORK – Boil the water, put 5 pieces of sum and 10 red seeds and put boiling water. After you finish drinking it, continue to put hot water until no taste. You can drink for whole day. Like 5 cups.
As I told you is very good for your system and your skin. I hope you feel better and put a lot of cream on your face and I don’t want you to be an old lady.
