Well, last time I forgot to tell you an exercise, it’s called “9 point
exercise” from 1 famous old Chinese doctor in China. The 9 points are: 2
heels, 2 calves, 2 highest points of the bum, 2 shoulder blades and the back
of your head; stand against the wall and try to make the 9 points touched
the wall, it’s not easy, but it can help to correct posture and then cure
the shoulder/back pain, doesn’t matter how long you do it, just whenever
you’re free, do this 1 or 2 minutes, once you get used to this posture, I
believe the way you walking or standing will be beautiful!!!
