I need to remind you to use your fingers as a comb to brush your hair once a
while can reduce gray hair due to the improvement of head blood
circulation.
Remember to take Vitamin & Calcium is also very important to keep your dark
hair and good health condition.

dear john,
dad just find out his easter vacation is one week apart from carolyn’s so we can’t come together, me and dad will make the trip together still come to see you and my reletives. write to aunt mary langan if you have time.
i am worry about your health, pay additional money to order a vegetable dish everyday. drinking modes(little) liquor is bad for the liver. i know you going to take your clint out to eat or drink.

Well, last time I forgot to tell you an exercise, it’s called “9 point
exercise” from 1 famous old Chinese doctor in China. The 9 points are: 2
heels, 2 calves, 2 highest points of the bum, 2 shoulder blades and the back
of your head; stand against the wall and try to make the 9 points touched
the wall, it’s not easy, but it can help to correct posture and then cure
the shoulder/back pain, doesn’t matter how long you do it, just whenever
you’re free, do this 1 or 2 minutes, once you get used to this posture, I
believe the way you walking or standing will be beautiful!!!

I saw some pictures that is we took from Bao-Bao’s wedding party. You
looks very, very fat especial your arm and leg. I will e-mail you when I
figual out how to e-mail you.
I know you don’t like to hear that but I think you really need to do weigh
watch out and stop to eat any sweet foods. When you age go up that will be
very difficult to do diet. Trust me.
I am you mother I always tell you truth. You need do some excise expecial
for your arm and leg.

Attached the medical report. I know these article in Chinese you might not understand at all. The key thing is ” do not drink or eat the ice cold staff. Special for your breakfast, When you wake up and your body, stomach still does not warm up and function appropriate yet, and you give the cold food, it will cause the stomach muscle clamp. (Just like you get up from warm bed you jump in swim pool your body can not stand it.)
Gradually fail function and hurt your health in silence.
Having a warm health breakfast is very important for your health. Everybody seems knowing it but does not do it, special for your young generation. If you do not have good eating habit now then all kind health problems will appear early than your age
Doctor grandpa, he worked very hard for his life but he always ate right and enjoyed his food, slowly his pace not rushed and scooped food into his mouth.
Hope you guys could change your eating habits. Eating on time with health food, avoid cold staff, slowly and enjoy your food enjoy your life.
